North of the church, this gate leads to the cemetery. Behind it is the World War I Memorial, standing in a section where only lawn-level markers are installed. Behind the monument is a brick wall; on the other side of this wall, there are traditional upright monuments.

Rather than enter here, we will proceed around the perimeter and use the entrance in the center of the north fence.
