Some distance north of the Couch Mausoleum, near the
Lincoln Park Zoo, is another burial monument. This rough boulder
is near the grave of David Kennison, who died in 1852. Kennison
claimed a birthdate of 1736, giving him an improbable age of 115
years at his death. According to the monument, he was the last
survivor of the "Boston Tea Party".
