Mount Mayriv

Dankmar Adler was the parter of famed Chicago architect Louis Henri Sullivan in the firm of Adler and Sullivan. Adler's engineering skills were essential in realizing Sullivan's designs. The red granite column standing over his grave was taken from a now-demolished Opera House by Adler and Sullivan.
